We are lucky to have one of the largest custom-built studios in Bristol boasting over 35 classes every week. Our team of talented instructors offer a wide variety with something for everyone, including Zumba, Body Pump, Body Combat, Kettlebells, Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Bums & Tums and Circuits. It’s the ideal place to enjoy your workout.

Indoor cycling

We also have a purpose built spinning/indoor cycling studio with 10 instructor-led classes each week, plus CyclexVR – a revolutionary system that runs virtual classes when YOU want them.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Body Combat: Combines powerhouse martial arts and boxing moves and stances into a “take no prisoners”, adrenaline-pumping routine. It is an empowering, athletic workout that will have you “fighting fit” in record time.

Body Pump: The original and most popular barbell workout! This is THE most effective weights workout for everyone. It will definitely change the shape of your body.

Kettlebell Training: A great way to burn lots of calories and gain all over strength.

Aerobics: Burn fat and work the heart and lungs, whilst enjoying the latest grooves and sounds.

Fit 4 Fun: A bit of everything for all levels of fitness, all shapes and sizes and all ages. The ideal introduction to exercise.

Aqua Classes: Resistance and fat burning all in one. Low impact, so kind to the joints.

Circuits: The workout for everybody. Resistance and aerobic work. No choreography. Great for improving fitness levels.

Junior Fit Club: Circuit class for children aged 9-15 yrs. Help your children get fit with this fun packed class. For all fitness levels.

Pilates: Strengthens core muscles, and improves posture. Gentle but very effective.

Indoor Cycling: A high intensity, calorie burning workout on stationary bikes.

Stretch & Core: A class to tone and stretch the body.

Tums & Bums: Conditioning class focusing on the bits you love to hate. Sculpt your lower body into shape.

Yoga: Flex and calm your mind and body, and experience the well-being of balance and harmony. Excellent for flexibility and strength.

Zumba: A dance class set to exotic rhythms of high energy latin and international beats.

Outdoor Bootcamp: A back to basics bodyweight workout in the fresh air.

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. Great fat burning cardio workout.
